You may be an online entrepreneur, you may be a Corporate Supervisor, a VP, even if you own a gym... I don’t care who you are, if you have HUMANS reporting to you there has to be an effective way to give them engaging work and to hold them accountable to getting it done on time.

If you don’t hold them accountable, you may be thinking you’re awesome, right? You’re like, “I’m not a micro-manager, people LOVE working for me!”


When you don’t manage your team appropriately, you get subpar work and chaos. This is amplified when you have a virtual team.

So what can you do about it?

Let’s start with WHAT to delegate. I’m constantly BLOWN away by the crazy stuff people work on, especially entrepreneurs who have SO MUCH BETTER things to do!!!

You don’t know what to give your assistant? You don’t know what a VA would work on if you hired one?

Let’s keep it simple…how about all the stuff you’re doing that frustrates you?

The stuff that’s just NOT the best use of your time. If you’re a Supervisor and you’re spending time formatting documents, don’t do that anymore.

If you’re spending time entering data, responding to silly emails, the list goes on and on…there are so many things you can get off your plate so you can focus on HIGH PRIORITY STRATEGIC work, or getting out there and selling your services.

So let’s get to the real reason you’re listening…You want to solve the issue of how to delegate with ease.  I struggled myself. I tried using some task management platforms and shared access with my Assistant.  I gave some of my partners access to Asana and Trello and although it was ok, I found myself worried too much about setting the tool up rather than just getting it done and passing it on.  That’s where my Google Sheet really simplifies things.
