63 - Comedians Focus Too (Sort of...) with Mike Vardy, Law Smith & Clem Harrod

The “Focus Panel” brings it strong!

We brought in the heavy hitters for this month’s "Focus Panel!" It was a truly value-added conversation and I had such a good time I wish I could re-live it again!

"The idea of theming my days and creating themes around my time has been the thing that's allowed me to have tremendous focus" -Mike Vardy

First we have Mike Vardy, productive powerhouse out of Victoria, British Columbia. Mike is the founder of The Productivityist podcast, a weekly show that examines personal productivity and tactical approaches to work and life, and also the founder and chief writer at Productivityist.com.

Mike has contributed guest articles on everything productivity, time and
task mgmt, on Lifehacker, Huffington Post, Success magazine and many more. He’s been featured on a TEDx talk, oh, and he’s also a stand-up comedian but he doesn’t do much of that anymore...

"Work on yourself to gain that focus" - Law Smith

Next is my man Law Smith, who’s currently an active Comedian, hailing from Tampa, FL. Law is also the Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder of Tocobaga Consulting, an innovative branding and marketing firm in Ybor City, FL. Law is the host of the Sweat Equity and Triple Option podcast and an impressive guy who’s truly focused and process-oriented.

"Ultimately I want to be home. I'm really good at what I do and [the company] wants me to be there because they know I'll get the job done; but I am not missing my son's first day of school" - Clem Harrod

Lastly, we can’t forget about Dr. Clem “Let it Flow” Harrod mindfulness expert and founder of Clemco.AV, taking pride in projecting the best image for all to see.

We had a beautifully productive cast of characters on the show this week and there’s no doubt you’ll enjoy The Focus Panel.
