Delight is indeed in the details...and the details require a focused life.

Shawn Blanc lives and teaches that focused life to a world class level.  Shawn is a husband, dad, writer, small-business owner, and creative entrepreneur.

For more than a decade, Shawn Blanc has been teaching and learning about creativity, diligence, and focus.  His online course, The Power of a Focused Life, is about doing your best creative work without sacrificing the balance between your work and personal life.

I’ve been fascinated by Shawn and his content for months now because he’s a thinker.  He’s the creative  most creatives strive to emulate because when you read his material, you leave with either great ideas, or great questions, mostly of yourself.  I feel truly privileged to have him on the show.

It’s easy to be productive, but it’s not always easy to be productive in the right areas...

Insightful words from my good friend, Canada’s own Bruce Langford, founder of the Mindfulness Mode podcast.  Bruce is one of my favorite podcasters because he helps people become more calm, focused, and happy through mindfulness.

Who doesn’t want that?

For well over a decade, Bruce has helped hundreds of students and adults around the world work through bullying situations.  Throughout his career in bully prevention, Bruce found himself increasingly using mindfulness techniques to help kids & grown-ups regain confidence and ultimately finding happiness.
